PennyWise 2007 Evaluation Licensing Agreement

This version of PennyWise is provided to you free of charge for evaluation purposes. Should you accept the terms of this agreement, you are granted a personal and non-exclusive right to install and use this version of PennyWise for evaluation purposes. This license grants you the ability to add up to $1000 worth of expenses to PennyWise. After this limit has been reached, you will still be able to view the information you have added, but will be unable to add, change or delete any items until you purchase the registration code.

This license agreement will be superseded by the full-version license agreement when you purchase a license to PennyWise 2007.

Number Nine Software offers volume discounts and site licenses should you wish to license multiple copies of PennyWise. For for more information about bulk licensing, please send an e-mail to info@numberninesoftware.com.

PennyWise and/or any other materials provided in this package may not be modified in any way. PennyWise may be redistributed to friends or associates without cost to them with all supplied files in its original executable archive format without our written permission. You may not sell or otherwise bundle PennyWise in a promotional package unless permission is received from Number Nine Software.

You may only copy and distribute the original distribution file that you received either from an authorized web site, or from another individual. You may NOT upload PennyWise to a freeware or shareware site without first receiving written permission from the authors of PennyWise.

No parts of PennyWise or other files provided in this package may be reproduced in part or in whole, except as provided in the License Agreement. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from PennyWise. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble PennyWise.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US THAT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
